Guyana was offered assistance in professionalizing its crime fighting and judiciary apparatus. Because the PPP was terrified that ABC nations would confirm their belief that the PPP was in full cahoots with drug dealers and gun smugglers they screamed and wailed about "sovereignty".

The last time Prashad checked the price of the cheapest AK-47 which is a new Chinese made AK-47 made by Norinco was $900 US. Also, how did Rawlings gang learned to field strip, clean and assemble these weapons back; similarly, how did they learn about fire and movement tactics that they demonstrated in their attack in Bartica.
