Ronan, I have a question, why is the GOG allowing entry into Guyana knowing these people intend to embark on illegal journeys into other countries?
Could the Coalition govt then be considered a pariah in facilitating the breaking of international law, both in terms of national sovereignties and human smuggling?
Just a question, I’m not labeling them anything!
why single out Guyana?
why don't you call for "pariah" status for the near dozen South/Central American countries who similarly "facilitate these people?
in fact, more Cubans pass through Guyana to Brazil than Haitians, and the USA 'encourages' this by processing their visa applications in Georgetown rather than Havana
so, your "question" is trolling, politically tendentious nonsense
moreover, in conversations with folks in Guyana this weekend, i found out that there is enormous sympathy in at least the Afro population for the plight of the Haitians, and see nothing wrong in helping them along in their dangerous journey searching for a better life
My question is to do with the Haitians influx. US don’t process Haitian visas in Guyana! Why is the GOG allowing anyone to come to Guyana knowing their intent is to violate the laws of another sovereign state!
most of the Haitians do not reach the US . . . many find their way to places like Chile (and French Guyana) where there is work
how many Haitians do you see in the caravans on the Southern border?
carping nonsense
the "influx" is in either in your head on on the FH cue cards you reading from
