seen to have visible black support he will LOSE.   The Indo Guyanese neighborhoods are carved up between various city council districts.  I thought that you would have learned something by now.

Based on those he has around him I think that he does.  I believe that he grew up in NYC so will have a different concept of himself and how he relates to people of color who aren't Indian.  I have seen him in majority black gatherings and he appears to be quite comfortable.

 He is very comfortable in black gatherings and their community. The question is, are blacks comfortable with voting for a non black candidate to represent them.

He has to work very hard to win this seat.
