He knows fully well who votes in that district. Unless he is seen to have visible black support he will LOSE. The Indo Guyanese neighborhoods are carved up between various city council districts. I thought that you would have learned something by now.

I also don't know that Tangerine is a big time PNC as she used to frequently write glowing articles about Guyana during the PPP era. Jagdeo is quite familiar with who she is.

Tangerine I suspect is just a patriotic Guyanese.
