It was the PNC/AFC that cut billions of dollars from the Guyana budget every year for the past 3 years---monies that were to be used to benefit the good people of Guyana.

* The50+1% of the Guyanese electorate who will re-elect the PPP on May 11th have clear memories and have not forgotten the meanness and the wickedness of the PNC/AFC in parliament.
