Mustapha is a look-into and promise man, but do little else. This is his track record. This problem was in the media months ago and Mustapha is still looking into it.

This is a health issue and any sane person will think the PPP should prioritized this problem for their voters. But similar to previous elections, they don't care about their voters after an election.

Regarding other reports made about this problem, Mustapha is still saying “If there is an issue there, we will have to look at it." Square peg and he rass is over his head with his job.
