Private sector is booming from what I hear. Range Rovers, hi end SUVs, posh buildings owned by private businessmen dot the landscape. I've seen some millionaires in the fishing industry come to Miami for 2 days to attend boat shows, then purchase boats for their fishing business. My old friend Ronald Reece even bought a plane and opened his own airline.
