So Moses praising Granger for his quick appointment of Patterson. Somehow, Moses failed to realize that the only person who has stalled the prompt appointment of a Chairman was Granger. Looks like Moses has lost his marbles.

Wasn't Jagdeo also stalling the process by presenting a list like this to Granger?

1. Ramesh Dookhoo
2. Lawrence Latchmansingh
3. Maj. Gen. Rtd Norman McLean
4. Christopher Ram
5. Prof. James Rose
6. Rhyaan Shaw

Who did he really expect that Granger would pick from this list?

No. Jagdeo presented the list in a timely manner and then waited until Granger rejected it. When I thought Jagdeo would be belligerent, he very calmly went back and revised the list. Then he waited again until Granger rejected it gain and revised it a third time. Slow man Granger would have stalled again had the international folks not begin to get impatient. Each of those three instances, Jagdeo was very prompt in presenting the list to Granger. My guess is that without the growing impatience of the international folks, Granger would still be stalling. My guess is that he would be stalling the next general elections way beyond 2020.
