What is exactly corrupt about setting up a company and having as directors persons who also have a job in government? What does the constitution or law says about this? The point I am making is that we should first consider the legal position, and whether any laws was broken. with just 750,000 people in the country, and possibly less than 10,000 educated and financially capable enough to operate at the high end of business and public life, it's hard to avoid having more than one job to do where there is a skills shortage.
