Granger will not fix this. This is how you tax the Indian and subsidize the Blacks! Don't think this is not coordinated. The PNC controls the GPF/GDF, they can enforce, but they will chose not to! They will criticize, but let their people know, as long as PNC in power, they will not act, a tacit approval!
