These orange juice companies are now growing oranges in Brazil. They are moving away from Florida because the land is getting very expensive. I say explore contracts growing oranges for these orange juice companies on the estates. Guyana is a shorter distance to the US than Brazil.

Citrus 🍊 has always been a thriving industry in Guyana. Outside Mabaruma the Chan-A-Sues and Pears had large estates and became rich.

In the 70’s The Israelis were helping with a sweet seedless variety which they felt would thrive in the Lethem area!

But Burnham took up Arab fire rage and cuss them out so they left and the project died!

Guyana’s development was stunted by both Jagan and Burnham!
