Thanks for confirming what I mentioned. You have told the truth that IndoGuyanese falsely believe that Black people lack management skills. This is what Ramjattan was telling Fazeer Mohammed. BTW, Fazeer Mohammed in reference to Kamla Persad-Bissessar once said words to the effect that from a religious perspective he can't see women in leadership positions.
