I used to put it in as another example on GNI discussions.
Simply ....
Place current and past ministers, presidents and associates in boats with politicians from each groups and "shove" them into the Atlantic ocean.
Each boat can return only when it has concrete plans for the betterment of Guyanese and Guyana with no benefits of perks, etc., for themselves.
It is quite possible that they will all remain out in the ocean until they transition into another life.
