Skeldon this is the math. 40% Indian and 40% blacks and black identified mixed. Trotman says he is mixed. The former mayor of GT is mixed, and loads of the Trotman faction of the AFC also are. Granger's kids are also mixed.
NONE of them will vote PPP.
Even as you said, mixed votes. They still barely won in 2015 with a lot of disaffected Indians who voted AFC. Now that the AFC is corned beef, I do not see PNC getting a majority. Many Afros will not turn out to vote. They have been struggling too. They will not vote PPP.
Are you speaking what you believe, or facts from statistics of 2015 Elections.
