Those in power will invariably tout their legacy as unblemished and the "best". Their minions who run about like worker bees attending to spreading propaganda will also sell this hypocrisy that their masters are selling about a wonderful PNC. It is clearly an attempt to rewrite history, much like many others in various civilizations have done for centuries.
