The PPP always do things backwards. They jump at the first offer, without much investigation, who see oil money first, like themselves. Ali WCD university certificate must have influenced the UWI to Guyana.

The PPP dislike people smarter than them and pretend to be smart, with failed projects like Skeldon factory and the fibre cable.

Technical skills training is always a good seller and Canada gives priority to all Guysuco training centre grads, who wants to emigrate.
