The system was designed to be tally by the SOPs which is witnessed and signed by contesting parties and carbon copies are given to all including observers. After that those statutory documents are GECOM responsibility and don’t mean squat how they handle them. Now can you be totally honest and say which party failed to honor their copies of SOPs? If you can you will be considered less dangerous....
