Former Attorney General, Anil Nandlall is of the firm opinion that when the State Assets Recovery Agency (SARA) Bill becomes law, it would be useless in the pursuit of past wrongdoers.

Correct on the fundamental issue regarding a new law.

PNC/AFC government and officials may pursue this proposed legislation, uncoordinated and unrelated to its legitimacy of the laws of Guyana.

Past State Assets Stolen it will be useless to go after wrondoers-Nandalall.
