You were screaming that it was the Amerindians and the lazy and immoral blacks. That Indians are perfect people of high moral character and so don't drop out, engage in prostitution or use their kids for extensive child labor.
I said Guyanese. You were the one who introduced the issue of race. Given that poverty is a problem which cuts across Indians, Africans, mixed and Amerindians they are all involved in prostitution, all send their kids to earn money, and more of the kids drop out at the primary school level than is true for kids in Barbados and St Lucia.
The data refer to 2011 so we can blame Jagdeo for that. The fact is that ALL of the kids involved were born after the PPP came to power, so were fashioned by conditions which existed under the PPP.
