Agreed, too many of this kind of killing by Police.

But this case is a little different, was he the one breaking cars?? Why was he running from the POlice, it was dark in the yard. Why was a man with 2 kids breaking car windows. The Cops could not have seen what he had in his hands and the fact that he was not obeying commands and running makes it a little different.
