I will suggest to you that the selection of Patterson was inappropriate, based on the CCJ's interpretation of the law and Basil William's incompetence, but please don't tell me that you think that the blacks who Jagdeo selected were suitable. Just research what they were doing in the Burnham era.
If an idiot represents his client the judges get angry. That is what Basil Williams accomplished and these learned judges probably know that he was a known idiot while at UWI.
I didn't say who of Jagdeo's candidates I would prefer. All I said was that Granger allowed his wickedness to influence how he did his job and in this situation, the CCJ ruled that he acted illegally.
