Typical PNC incompetence and time and money waste. The witch instructed them to remove the names from the list (which is very much against the constitution) only to place them on a new list so they are still vote when they show up to vote and present some form of ID. They could have just left the names on the list in the first place because people still have to show ID before they are allowed to vote regardless of which list their name is on.

Plus her direction now contradicts her ruling of the 1997 elections when she completely vitiated it.
