Stop pretending you don’t know that “safe passage” through Guyana, the Haitians are required and are facilitated in obtaining Guyanese identity documents such as birth certificates, national identity cards.
and you think that someone arriving in France (Guyana) or Chile with Guyanese documents will be welcomed. Yes a person who cannot speak English, or speaks broken English with a strong Haitian accent.
Haitians are very adept at crossing borders and they know that Guyanese ID is useless and will even hasten their trip back to Haiti given that it would be clear that they aren't Guyanese!
Get back to me when Haitians are parading through T&T, given that that nation is held in much higher regard than is Guyana!
Those documents are left behind to be used for padding of votes.
There is a special desk set up at the airport immigration Dept for these Haitians to be clear and transport by organized groups in full view of police officers who are questioning the reporters doing the investigation.
