So what is your excuse after 1992. The fact that the ethnic composition of the armed forces in Guyana remained unchanged even as Jagan went out of his way to beg Indians to join, and Jagdeo is a known racist, is quite revealing.

Just admit that Indians think that being a police man or a soldier in Guyana is "black man wuk" and beneath them.
