He is a very good “actor” because it appears as if he was never sworn in is acting President. He actually voted in Parliament and acting Presidents cannot vote in Parliament.
President Granger probably told him to act while he was away until he returned and Moses being a good actor was trying to put on a dog and Pony show and Jags put it good and prappa on him and now he stopped acting and is passing bricks.
