The government should focus on Criminal Justice system ,Health Services,Education,Public Service and Infrastructure. Industries should be in the hands of the Private sector . The windfall from the new found wealth can boost the country population ,which is just below three quarter million. Privatize the dead weights the Government subsidizes.

Poor ppl needs government involvement in starting businesses.
