@Rochelle: With the way they were questioning APNU's lawyers, I won't be surprise if they say they have jurisdiction, but decide to defer to GECOM to do its job with or without Lowenfield's numbers. Any aggrieved party would then take it to the High Court.

Do you blame them? Basil and the PNC lawyers made the CCJ that day a clown and circus show.
