Racist actions could be suppressed by some simple constitutional amendments. But, just to clarify, don't interpret my use of the term "chupidy coolie" etc. as racist. Another fella named Leslie use to say it is difficult for him to be racist against Indians bcz he said, he is an Indian.

Do you have racial tendencies? Attitude is the key to Guyana's dilemma. Remembering to pull back is easier than legislating laws. Laws are there to be broken.
