Most of the citizens are duped by these so called visionary leaders , damn even some of the migrated former citizens, to the hundreds of year old countries are also duped. In this modern age of technology they can't efficiently keep records of under 800,000 people.
It shouldn’t be difficult to do. Especially since those hundreds of years countries are willing to assist, free of charge. The problem is that wicked people can’t manipulate an organized system so they keep it unorganized. No different from what still takes place at government offices where processes are held up to solicit bribes.
