For every crime that one Indo commits, another group commits 500 crimes. Guyana needs to record crime stats by race and publish that annually in order to identify problems and assist those groups that commit the most crimes.

Yuji, you can't talk facts when you're biasly inclined. Indians are winning the race on crimes. Indians are more into cocaine use than any group in Guyana.
