Guyana cant even control crime, or fill existing hotels, yet the PPP is allowing new hotels to be built.

Oil will not be around forever and it will be a massive collapse, as is already seen in some countries.

But the Barrat and his gang are only interested in getting rich, while their voters still have to deal with flooded outhouses.
