- gecom chairman : while the Amerindians votes take longer to arrive for final count , Gecom chairman will declear PNC the winner.
- the fake Haitians ID will be stuff into ballot boxes to increase PNC supports
by constitutional law, when Gecom chairman announce the winner that’s the seal

The results of the local election ( AFC votes ) this will prove PNC point. AFC MP will see the results and realize they are done for good - I wouldn’t be surprise if some AFC MP cross floor and support PPP which can result in a no confidence motion against the government for an early election.
