Nonsense, the problem with Blacks is that they mostly look for entitlements. They need to pool their resources and invest like the Indians do. If you examine how some Indians become successful you will note that they help each other and pass down the knowledge through generations. The majority of Afro's are only interested in the here and now, the ones who emulate the Indians tend to become successful as you see with many of the affluent Blacks.


To an extent the playing field is not level in Guyana. Contracts and other oppertunities are in favor for the most part to folks who are affiliated to the ruling party and this is wrong.
