It wouldn't shock me that if the PNC decides to drop Harmon that Jagdeo starts squealing and wailing as he did when it was thought that the PNC was going to dump Corbin.

Such "confounded nonsense" interrupts Jagdeo's runnings and he has to express his extreme displeasure when such PNC rudeness hurts his wallet. In Corbin's case Jagdeo was dropping him 2 cents a month as Corbin feared that he would die in poverty, and so became a docile poodle in exchange for this trivial amount.
