Vile man, everyone in that economic zone which is almost entirely dependent on the industry directly or indirectl are unemployed because it collapsed If you are calculating the economic impact you do not merely count the people employed directly associated from personnel to contractors to sugar workers, some 19k but also those whose jobs are ancillary to the functioning of the industry. Yelling "unbounded" as to its effect is pure bilge.
