By-pass surgery requires atleast 7 months to recoup. Atleast 4 months no plane ride. If Moses is in Iowa, how is he gonna get back to Guyana? Unless, Granger pulls a Jagdeo with a special jet transpee(as they say in Guyana). Moses is not a functioning PM, he has no important role in the government, he is supposedly a representative of Indians in the government of which he is a failure. As the PM of Guyana, we all know it is a position for ethnic grouping depending if it is PPP or PNC.
