Russia firing cruise missiles at them now. The Kurds are cutting off the ones that are trying to flee under the cover of Russian fighter jets. The Turks used to attack the Kurds at the Turkish/Syrian border, but the Turks now know Russian jets in the area waiting for any Turkish jet to come over the border into Syria.
