I agree Fish.

Basil Williams, Professor Duke Pollard, former Justice of the CCJ among many others said that the date was unconstitutional.

However abbe bright bai Nandababa swore it was perfectly constitutional.

Now they have a choice and it seems they're trying to remain consistent even at the price of surrendering their bestest legal argument. I don't know why all of a sudden a lil hypocrisy bothers them.
