This is such a stupid argument from Ubraj! No one just pays taxes just like that! Why does it light up in his head because he read something in the paper?

Isnt there a formal process when land title is being passed to ensure all relevant taxes are up to date?

This has nothing to do with Capital Gains! That’s a GRA issue!
