What will these three Commissioners do? How will they vote? will they even need to vote or will this sensible conclusion to the election process be a consensus decision?

pic taken (not by me ... I'm in it) on the 14th March at 1:42pm at the Diamond/Grove Magistrate Court, which for that day, became the High Court, at Diamond/Grove, East Bank Demerara. The High Court was being sanitised because of COVID 19, which at that time was only a threat.
