The fact that this is how she handles the frustration of the PNC base, who felt oppressed by the PPP, and then ignored by the APNU elites, doesn't speak well of her.

She and her colleagues are afraid of losing their jobs, and those who weren't corrupt face financial distress, as many did after 1992. Carl Greenidge had to leave Guyana to find work, and even then the PPP attempted to block him.
