Guyana has all the resources to do that for all on a 3 day week. The people are clearly not motivated, creative or want to be there. They are looking over into their neighbor's yard.

Nonsense, the people lack leadership in both private and public sector.  You folks ran out of Guyana to a ready made nation without making any of the sacrifices for nation building, now you got the nerve to look down your nose at those who remained behind.
