Every person alive with some modicum of sense has a plan. The problem is that plan needs a social ethos that can nurture plans and or have a robust social safety net when plans fail. American presently pack that sense as a recent study by Blackrock validates. Trump, has been a big empty noise box where any policy or plan to help the poor with health care, day care or education. .
