Harmon wants to dictate what the reforms should be. Is he brain dead to know that the PNC got kicked out and PPP secured a majority? He just wants to bully his way and when that fails, he wants to call out the dogs of war again. They should be allowed to participate but not to dictate. Good thing PNC lost.
