Banna, the world is awash with oil, why ask stupid questions. The issue for Guyana is not that. Petrocaribe was a lurcative deal for Guyana, discounted oil in exchange for very lucrative rice pricing. Now Guyana has to find new markets for the 200k tons rice at market prices and source fuel at market prices. Combination, a budget broad-side for the PNC administration.
