Education is key. It is also a tough call. People needs to understand that they need to clean up after themselves especially in public. On the flip side, The M&CC needs to bring back those garbage trucks. Remember those? And while they're at it, try to reactivate the incinerator on Princess street or build another one elsewhere. I hate to have to say it, but be it crime, garbage disposal or whatever. For a small country with a small population, it just can't seem to get its shit together.
