Reply to "Guyanese and Garbage."

You people are proposing band-aid solutions to the city's sanitation and garbage disposal problems. The Sanitation dept. or whatever they call in GT should be well funded and have a competent staff of employees who are hardworking. How much brains does it take to come up with a solution? Guyanese people at home are disgracing themselves at home and those living abroad. Imagine this country's capital is only 16 square miles and the city council is incapable of managing garbage collection and disposal.

Imagine APNU put a young and inexperienced Hindu pundit to be mayor. What is he going to tell the residents of GT about the dirty unsanitary conditions of the city? Is he going to tell them people to go bathe at sea and do TEA-RAT?
