The meeting served as a follow-up to a visit last year by a team from the US International Development Finance Corporation.

It was very productive not only interesting. The cynics who are routing for Guyana to fail wouldn't like this. They forgot that we have a team of socialists who know what they are doing, not like the PNC who couldn't run their cake shop.
