fat bais was sensibly willing to discuss a Venezuelan sovereign "corridor" [NOT based on ownership of coastline] thru Guyana's territorial waters in exchange for Venezuela signing off on Guyana ownership of ALL Essequibo
calling their bluff, so to speak . . . since, as shown elsewhere, their real interest is the exploitable resources in Guyana's exclusive Economic Maritime Zone (and the Essequibo) which they would not possess
also, any talk of Venezuela being "locked in" is stupid for all the obvious reasons already acknowledged . . . right of innocent passage, etc
Is the "right of innocent passage" just for commercial traffic or it applies to their military vessels also wanting to go out to the Atlantic?
