"Unless that oil production is stopped it will emit 3.87 billion tons of greenhouse gas. That’s more than 250 years’ worth of emissions from Delaware, the state that President Biden represented in the Senate for 36 years." It does not matter where the oil is consumed the result will be almost 4 billion tons of greenhouse gas. This is the danger to Guyana's oil industry. Why put the planet at further risk when there are alternatives?
